Part 1:

In list form, give detailed instructions of how igneous and sedimentary rock can end up to be metamorphic. 

Part 2:

Choose one type of each property of minerals (cleavage, hardness, color, streak and fracture) and outline the steps of how the mineral ended up with this particular color, hardness, etc.

Example - For color, you could pick orange; for hardness, you could pick soft, etc.
